Mission Statement
Employees of the Will County Public Defender’s Office will accept all appointments from the Judiciary of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit and provide competent and professional legal services to the indigent citizens of Will County, while adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Our office will strive to protect the fundamental rights, liberties, and dignity of each person whose case has been entrusted to us.
