Mary Rosiek-Cardin
Supervisor of Juvenile Division
Ms. Rosiek-Cardin graduated from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1982. She served as a Will County Assistant State’s Attorney from March of 1983 until October of 1987. Ms. Rosiek-Cardin was then in private practice for several years. In February of 1990, Ms. Rosiek-Cardin accepted a position as a Will County Assistant Public Defender and was assigned to the felony division for eight (8) years where she represented clients charged with felony offenses, including death penalty murder cases. Ms. Rosiek-Cardin has been admitted to the Capital Litigation Trial Bar and has been certified as Lead Counsel since April of 2002. In October of 1998, Ms. Rosiek-Cardin transferred to the Juvenile Division of the Will County Public Defender’s Office. In December of 1998, Ms. Rosiek-Cardin was promoted to the position of Supervisor of the Juvenile Division, the position that she currently holds.
